Sandtrap

LOCATION

Sandtrap is by far the largest multiplayer map in Halo 3. It is primarily used for Big Team Battle matches.

Overview

Sandtrap is known for its massive level design. It makes great use of all the vehicles in Halo 3, and is the only map to feature the Elephant. This map is primarily used for Big Team Battle matches. Being so huge, the more people playing, the better.

Gamemodes played on Sandtrap

Sandtrap is also a very popular map to use the forge mode on. It is so vast, that the possibilities are endless with what you can do. You will also often find games of Infection (Concept) played here. 

When playing Big Team Battle Battle Rifles are usually the starting weapon.
