Ghost Town is a Halo 3 (Game) multiplayer map that was released as a part of the "Legendary" map pack, alongside Blackout (Location) and Avalanche (Location). The map is set on Earth in the jungles of Africa, in a location close to where the first of Halo 3's campaign missions, Sierra 117, takes place. Ghost Town consists of several structures and buildings that made up a pre-Covenant water purification plant, that had long been abandoned and unused, and therefore partially ruined and reclaimed by nature. The map features an asymmetrical design that makes it suitable for 1-Sided Flag games, Slayer, and various other Objective-based gametypes.
