Note Doors are located around Grunty's Lair, and require a certain amount of Notes to pass through the door

Scattered through out Gruntilda's Lair are doors that have a musical note symbol on the door, these are Note Doors. Grunty put them around her lair as a means of stopping Banjo and Kazooie from reaching her, however Bottles reveals to the bear and the bird that if you collect enough Musical Notes then the door will open and allow them to pass.
