History

In 1975, Bruce Artwick created a 3D flight simulation program called "FS-0" for the Apple II home computer. Three years later, Artwick and Stu Moment founded subLOGIC. In 1980, subLOGIC released FS-1, a more advanced flight simulator, for the Apple II. Over the next decade, several iterations on the FS series were released for home computers and early home video game console such as the Amiga (Platform).     In 1982, Artwick licensed FS to Microsoft, who published it for the IBM PC under the new name: Microsoft Flight Simulator (Game). In 1988, Artwick officially left subLOGIC to form Bruce Artwick Organization Ltd. Stu Moment remains the head of subLOGIC.
