Gameplay:
This is a fairly generic visual-novel in terms of gameplay. The usual pick choices = certain ending. One thing I did notice is that sometimes you get just a single option that you MUST take. It seems quite odd that they'd put in an option when you can only choose that one option anyway. Also, you sometimes get two options such as "Option 1: go down stairs, Option 2: take a look around". Pressing 1 says "it is too dark" and returns you to the options again. You can't proceed until you select option 2 to turn the light on. I felt it was a little odd, but it makes you pay attention to what's happening at the very least.
One thing I must make a note of though, the editors at Kitty Media need poking! Every few lines, there's a typo of some sort. Sometimes it's two words combined in one, sometimes it's a random Japanese character, sometimes there's a random blank box when someone's speaking and, of course, the occasional sentence which makes no sense whatsoever!
Soundtrack/Voice Acting:
Bible Black follows the general industry standard of having full voice acting for all the non-player characters. However, BB takes this one step further. The PLAYER'S character gets the voice actor treatment too! This could be a pro and it could also be a con too. It depends on how you feel about it. You have the option in the game to turn off the male character's voices if you really don't like it, but it's not too bad. As always with this sort of thing, each to their own.
As far as the music goes, it's fairly generic stuff. Some of the music is re-used a bit too often, but other than that, there isn't anything notable.
Graphics:
Many CGs are unlockable and all of very good quality. In between scenes though (i.e. during normal conversation) the characters don't seem to have many positions. In other words, they generally just stand there and "talk". Other than that, there isn't much I can talk about for graphics.
General Review:
Bible Black's an odd one to be honest. I like the game, but the storyline's just a bit TOO unrealistic at times and rather over focused on sex in parts too! Plus, I find the whole concept of "futanari"s a bit disturbing, but that's just me. Putting this aside, the game's fairly well made apart from the many many typos and translation errors. There's plenty of replay value, especially since some of the endings are really hard to find.

Although I kinda like this game, I find it hard to recommend it to people. It depends on what your sort of thing is. If you like games that have a large focus on sex and a rather unrealistic story-line, give this a go! If you're not into your strange fetishes, don't touch this game with a ten foot pole, it may disturb you a lot!
