Weapon slot tokens from Team Fortress 2. Used in the crafting system to create slot specific weapons.

Primary Slot Token

There are currently four different weapon slot tokens; the Primary Slot Token, Secondary Slot Token, Melee Slot Token, and the PDA Slot Token. The tokens are used to specify which weapon slot you are crafting for, but they can also be used to craft Reclaimed Metal (Object).   There is only one way to acquire these tokens, and that is crafting.

There is one simple blue-print to remember:

Craft 3 Weapons from the same slot  (Includes duplicates and Spy Watches.)

Melee Slot Token

• The slot token crafted depends on the weapons that were crafted.
• 3 Natascha (Object) will result in a Primary Slot Token.
• 1 Flare Gun (Object), and 2 Jarate, will result in a Secondary Slot Token.
• 1 ' Homewrecker, 1 Sandman and 1 Equalizer will result in a Melee Slot Token'.
• 2 Cloak and Dagger (Object) and 1 Dead Ringer (Object) will result in a PDA Slot Token.
• When crafting this blue-print with three weapons from the same class you will be prompted to on whether you want to create a Weapon Slot Token or a Class Token (Object). This is because the blue-print is identical in this case.

There are a couple of exceptions to slots when it comes to crafting. Below is a list that outlines everything for you.

PDA Slot Token

It is possible to change the slot of a token. Change that Melee Slot Token into a Primary Slot Token.

'Craft 1 Melee Slot Token and 1 'Backburner  

•  This can be applied across any weapon slot token with any weapon. 

Using Class Tokens

There is one' use for the class token and that is crafting weapons

Combine 1 Class Token (Object), 1 Weapon Slot Token and 1' Scrap Metal 

• This will give you a weapon for the class you chose, as well as the weapon slot you chose. 

 

Smelting to Reclaimed Metal

Though these tokens serve a higher purpose in the crafting system, if you so desire, you can craft them into Refined Metal.

• This includes Weapon Slot Tokens as well as Class Tokens
