An unlockable melee weapon for the Sniper. It is amongst the second batch of community contributed content to be officially added to Team Fortress 2.

When an enemy is hit with this weapon, they bleed out profusely. It's similar to the afterburn affect from the Pyro's fire, but cannot be extinguished in any way.   It also has the bonus effect of making the spy's cloak useless, similar to when he's been doused in Jarate.
