A community-designed secondary slot item for the Heavy in Team Fortress 2. Eating it will increase the Heavy's maximum health by 50 points for 30 seconds.

Dalokoh's Bar is an unlockable item for the Heavy (Character) class in Team Fortress 2. To use the item, the Heavy must either taunt or use his primary fire button. In the four seconds it takes to eat Dalokoh's Bar, the Heavy is completely vulnerable to all attack. After eating the bar, the Heavy is buffed by an extra 50HP which decays over time, multiple uses do not stack.   Unlike the Sandvich, Dalokoh's Bar cannot be dropped for other's use. The Heavy can use the bar an infinite amount of times, there is no cooldown and it will never run out.
