The Red Feather is an item in the Banjo-Kazooie series that would allow Banjo to fly.

Overview

Red Feathers are an item found in the Banjo-Kazooieseries. They can be found in abundance in just about every level, starting with Treasure Trove Cove (Location) in the original game. Red feathers' primary use is in flight with Kazooie (Character). After taking off from a flight pad, you can gain height by pressing A, at the cost of one red feather each button press. You can also use a red feather to use a beak bomb attack by pressing B in flight, which shoots Kazooie forward like a missile. InBanjo-Tooie, the new Talon Torpedo move could be used underwater at the cost of five red feathers to launch Kazooie from Banjo's backpack. In Banjo-Kazooie, the duo will start off with the ability to hold 50 red feathers, but this limit can be doubled to 100 after entering a cheat code from Cheato (Character) the spell book. In Banjo-Tooie, the player begins with 100 red feathers which can be doubled to 200.
