Indiana is the 19th state admitted into US Statehood on December 13, 1816. It is home to 6.4 million residents making it the 15th biggest state in regards to population. It's the 18th most densely populated state.

Purdue leads in terms of trophy possession, 70 to 37, with 6 ties against the Hoosiers. The Hoosiers won the trophy back in 2010 during a 34-31 overtime against Purdue. Purdue had kept the trophy since winning it back in 1996.
