Founded in 1980 by Pat Ketchum in Chatsworth, California. The company has gained some fame through licensing many fiction/film characters of the time such as The Goonies & Zorro, as well as porting games from other systems. Yet, despite the big licenses, the games never gained much critical approval.

The company ceased to exist in the late 1980s, despite being sponsored by the likes of Gilette (the razor company).
