Terry is the boss of the Mad Angels. He catches wind of Ryo investigating his gang and enlists Chai (Character) to kidnap Nozomi, Ryo's love interest. Terry blackmails Ryo, offering to release Nozomi and reveal the whereabouts of Lan Di (Character) if Ryo 'takes care' of Gui Zhang (son of Master Chen (Character), the main threat to the Mad Angels' dominance of Yokosuka Harbor). Ryo and Gui Zhang feign combat to trick Terry, and after the 70-Man battle with the Mad Angels, he is defeated.
