Hardi
Hardi is the grizzled veteran chief of Rive's police. He works closely with the Gunners as they attempt to stop Ventre.

Hardi is an middel-aged man, a contrast to the teenaged Gunners. He hired theGunners to provide additional security during the Rive Expo, seemingly away that Ventre would attempt to steal the Eternal Engine (Object) and knowing that he would need their support. On several missions, he takes to the skies with the Gunners, in his own custom aircraft. Other times, he and his officers hit the ground to bring the battle to Ventre's earthbound minions. He is determined to stop Ventre for good. His name is french for "bold".
