Quick Update

Not much on the Bastion front as I want to. Made a utility/library to unpack Bastion pkg files. As I said before this is mostly for sprite sheets and mapping them out. I ought to clean it up and use some .NET XML serialization stuff properly for the atlas maps but it works well for now. My XNB decompression algorithm got into MonoGame and MonoXNA, so it's a step closer to full cross platform XN...

The DirectX fx file translation seems a little scary. It's an interesting project for sure and I'd love to tackle it but I'd rather see some results fast. I'll probably just decompile the fx files and recode them in GLSL. This probably requires fleshing out the effects system in both XNA projects as well. That and I should probably get the latest update and get my codebase up to snuff with it.

Honestly most of my time has been taken up looking into Unity and Deep Space 9. Unity is just insane on how fast you can get things going, and it's something I'd like to know a bit more. I still need to do some work in UDK as well. Lots of stuff to do that don't even include my job, ugh.
