Seaman: Day Six

Leonard Nimoy greets me and makes sure to remind me to not feed the seamen all the insects as I may run out of food eventually if I do. He also elaborates on what happened the previous day.

I adjust their environment and feed them an insect for the first time; one gillman eats half and the other got the other half. After a few minutes of coaxing them to talk to me, one of them asks whether I’m in school. After answering yes he tells me that getting an education is a good thing and the girls in short skirts are an added bonus. I tell him I’m studying to be an accountant and he then informs me that I’ll be one of the few people to know how to cheat on my taxes. I begin talking with the other gillman to not “pick favorites” and he asks me if I work and what I do.

While talking to them they also used the bathroom, Leonard Nimoy had informed me that they are to begin doing this. After a few minutes of inactivity with the gillmen I move over to the insect terrarium and spray it down with some water. I believe one of the insects just entered into a cocoon. I switch back to the gillmen and while seeing if I can pick up the gillmen’s waste I find out I can move the three rocks in the tank.

I name the other gillman Poseidon and see that the remaining insects have formed cocoons and leave for the night.
