Activision is starting to take advantage of the industry in music/rhythm games. They are apparently taking advantage of the process of trademarks too as Activision has recently trademarked another game. Activision is starting to take advantage of the industry in music/rhythm games. They are apparently taking advantage of the process of trademarks too as Activision has recently trademarked another game.
Even with Guitar Hero World Tour, I still don't see "more" than guitars, drums, and singing songs as promised. Apparently the 4th trademarked game that has no released details, Dance Hero is now in the trademark files. In other words, they want Dance Hero to themselves for the making. If it were approved, Activision would have the rights on the game for "computer game software," "interactive video game programs," "computer game discs," "downloadable computer game software," and all that related crap. I'm tisking because this could be the 4th game that Activision trademarks, but doesn't actually develop. Earlier this year, the company trademarked "Guitar Villain," "Drums Villain," and even "DJ Hero." They did that, but they haven't made any news public. Chances are none of these games make it to the store shelf, but we will have to wait and see.
