Semi-New PC

Ordered a "new" (refurb, or used) pc on a website today. It's a Dell Optiplex GX260. Sppecs are as follows: 3.0ghz dual core cpu 80gb hard drive 1gb of ram Intel GMA video card Win XP, with recovery cd. So...yeah, I know it's not great, by any means. But it was only 185$ (total), so that's fine. I need a replacement while my current gaming laptop goes to Best Buy for repairs (needs a new screen...

So...yeah, I know it's not great, by any means. But it was only 185$ (total), so that's fine. I need a replacement while my current gaming laptop goes to Best Buy for repairs (needs a new screen). I'll probably upgrade the video card (any recommendations?) and ram, and use it.
