My circle of friends always bugged me to get into the souls series and for me dark souls 3 was the perfect introduction. The first time you check the hours played and the realisation that you're 30+ hours into the game you truly are hooked into the mechanics and the quest. I give it 4 stars because i loved the game, I could not have started it without the help of friends.
