The Schattenj''äger Talisman
St. George, patron saint of the light, gifted the first Schattenjager with the tools necessary to ward off evil. One of which is The Ritter Talisman which protects the Shadow Hunter from supernatural magics. These items are passed on to each Schattenjager, to aid them in carrying out their divine duty. Unfortunately, on June 23rd of 1693, Gunter Ritter lost the Ritter Talisman to the voodoo queen Tetelo, during his investigation of voodoo cultists in Charles Town, South Carolina. The Talisman was recovered by the Ritter family, on June 23rd 1993 by Gabriel Knight (Character).
