MG 34
Also know as the Maschinengewehr 34, the MG 34 was a portable machine gun used by the Germans in WW2.
A reliable and rugged weapon, the MG34 was one of the first multi-purpose machine guns, able to be used without a tripod and carried by a single soldier. It was later replaced or used side by side with the cheaper to manufacture and less complex MG42 (Object). The MG34 was often selected as a coaxial-mounted machine gun for German tanks, such as the Tiger I and Panther (Object).
