Under the leadership of President Dick Richardson (Character), the Enclave (Concept) fled to the oil rig following the devastation of the Great War. During their time there, they performed experiments with F.E.V. and monitored the situation in the mainland from a safe distance. In Fallout 2 (Game), The Chosen One (Character) blows up the oil rig and kills Richardson in the process.
