Originally settled by refugees from Atlantis (Location), Cimmeria is home to a tall, dark people who are engaged in warfare against the savage Picts (Concept).    Cimmeria is the homeland of King Conan, who sits on the throne of Aquilonia (Location).    The fictional land of Cimmeria is based on the historical people known as Cimmerians, who lived in what is know the Ukraine and Russia in the 8th through 7th centuries BCE.
