Later in 1976, Road Race was adapted into the motorbike racing games Moto-Cross and Man TT, which in turn was re-branded as Fonz (Game) in North America (Location). Road Race was released in Japan (Location) in February 1976 and in North America in May 1976. The game was notable for its introduction of a pseudo-3D, third-person perspective, with scaling.
