Overview
Gears 5 is the follow-up to Gears of War 4 (Game) and the third title in the series from The Coalition (Company). Multiplayer mainstays Versus and Horde return, as well as a new coop mode called Escape. The campaign continues the story of humanity's war against the Swarm and, more specifically, protagonist Kait Diaz (Character)'s connection to them.
