Overview
Aqua Moto Racing Utopia reinvigorates the genre of watercraft racing with modern lush graphics and an extensive number of challenging game modes.
Aqua Moto Racing Utopia lets players participate in racing between buoys, acrobatic stunts and other types of aquatic fun competitions in exotic environments around the world. The racing balances high speed with narrow twists and turns, while an intuitive stunt system allows players to perform a wide range of stunts both in the air and on the water.
Gameplay & Vehicles
The game features 3 single player championship divisions. The first division is called Runabout. Runabout is a type of watercraft with the rider in a seated position. In this division the player navigates runabout watercrafts between buoys with the goal of crossing the finish line first.
The next division is called Ski. This division has the same race rules as the first one but instead the watercrafts used are the more nimble “Jet Skis”. These watercrafts have a standing rider position.
The third division is called freestyle. Here the goal is to perform watercraft stunts both on water and in the air. Performing a stunt awards you points and performing many sequential stunts gives you a higher score.
By competing in championships and collecting cash chips in races the player accumulates in game currency that can be spent to purchase one of the games 44 watercrafts.
The game features online races for up to 8 players.
Besides the championship mode and online play there are several other game modes. Custom Race, Freestyle, Time Trial, Leisure, Aqua Moto Hockey, Keep The Flag, King Of The Hill, and Duckling Mama.
Environments
There are 10 different venues to race in. Each venue has many different tracks.
Tropical Islands
Warm sunny tropical environment full with aquatic life and exotic islands

Small indoors watersports arena with calm waters
Eastern Canals
Venice inspired Asian city with winding canals and beautiful bridges
Sunshine City
Coastal modern city with a buzzing seaside
Alligator Swaplands
Swamplands with waterside condos, hanging trees, and alligators
Jungle River
Amazon like jungle with narrow rivers and open caves
Mediterranean Coast
Rocky cliff side next to a beautiful Greek city
Atlantic Harbor
Busy international harbor with big container ships
Tri Center Arena
Triangle shaped watersports arena set against the backdrop of skyscrapers
Oil Rigs
Huge waves out in the open sea next to massive oil rigs
Moods
The game has what is best described as different moods. The different environments have several weathers and time of day settings. Racing is being done at night, during sunsets, during day which makes the different environments seem very different and to this is added weather effects which affects the racing.
Tech
The game has wave tech that includes interactive waves that the racers cause when racing that blends with ambient wave patterns with different wave heights throughout the courses. In open waters the waves are big and in narrow canals they are very small.
Character Creator
The game has a character creator where you can create your avatar with body shapes and looks and also clothes. These looks are also visible to online competitors.
