Chain Combos consist of a set of "normal" inputs that must be performed in a certain order. They almost always vary per character. Whenever most of the characters in a given game posses a Chain Combo with identical inputs (for example, Light > Medium > Heavy), the game is said to have a Universal Chain Combo (Concept) system.
