EditHistoryPage info

A staple of the Half-Life series, not much is known about the Barnacle other than that they are from Xenand will eat just about anything, friend, foe, or gas can. Also, for a creature of seemingly very limited intelligence, it always knows the best places to attach itself.   In Half Life: Opposing Forces, Sheppard can use a Barnacle as a weapon. The Barnacle gun was not only used for grabbing various enemies and pulling them in to be munched, but Sheppard could use it as a Grappling Hook to get to those out of reach places.
