The developer of the Spectral Force, Generation of Chaos and Blazing Souls franchises, it is owned by Idea Factory or !F. This is not Neverland Co., Ltd., the developer of the Lufia, Shining Force and Rune Factory games.

Most of Neverland's games take part in the continent of "New Neverland" and are referred to as the "Neverland Saga".
