Yu is a character from the Puyo Puyo series. She is a ghost that loves puns and is almost never seen without her twin brother Rei.

Yu is a cheerful ghost that was introduced in Puyo Pop Fever. Starting with Puyo Puyo Fever 2, she is accompanied by her twin brother Rei. ("Yurei", the combination of the siblings' names, is one of the Japanese words for "ghost.") Her AI strategy is identical to Madou Monogatari character Harpy (Character); she starts each match by lining the left and right walls with Puyo. She appears in every Puyo Puyo game since her introduction except Puyo Puyo 7; there, her dropset is used by protagonist Ringo Andou (Character).
