Harpy is a character from the Madou Monogatari and Puyo Puyo series. She is known for her terrible singing voice.

Harpy first appeared in Madou Monogatari III. In the PC98 version, she is similar in appearance to a traditional Harpy (Concept), but in later games she is simply a humanoid girl with wings. Her distinguishing trait is her love of singing...though most characters find her singing voice to be horrible. After the GBA Puyo Pop, Harpy's only reappearance is a cameo in Puyo Puyo 7. Her distinct AI behavior, making sure that both side walls are lined with Puyo at all times, is inherited by Yu (Character) (& Rei) in the Sega-made Puyo Puyo titles. Her Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine replacement is Coconuts (Character), while she is replaced by Broom Hatter (Concept) in Kirby's Avalanche.
