Ultraman Rosso is an Ultraman from planet O-50. He uses R/B Crystals to channel elemental energy copied from other Ultramans. His base form uses Ultraman Taro (Character)'s R/B Crystal, granting him the element of fire. He has Ultraman Taro's strength and certain flame-based energy attacks in his base form, although he can also use his brother Ultraman Blu's R/B Crystal of Ultraman Ginga to change into aqua form. If he fuses with Ultraman Blu, they can become Ultraman R/B with enhanced power.
