Ultraman Blu is an Ultraman from planet O-50. He uses R/B Crystals to channel elemental energy copied from other Ultramans. His base form uses Ultraman Ginga's R/B Crystal, granting him the element of water. He has Ultraman Ginga's speed and certain water-based energy attacks in his base form, although he can also use his brother Ultraman Rosso (Character)'s R/B Crystal of Ultraman Taro (Character) to change into flame form. If he fuses with Ultraman Rosso, they can become Ultraman R/B with enhanced power.
