Torakaka is Taokaka's former mentor and Kaka village guardian. She is introduced as a side character in BlazBlue: Continuum Shift.

Torakaka is much more intelligent and somewhat more dignified than the rest of the Kaka clan. In the story of BlazBlue: Continuum Shift; Torakaka is said to have left the village on a long journey leaving the slightly less qualified Taokakabehind to be the new Kaka village guardian. Upon her return she is greeted warmly by her former apprentice Taokaka and seems to have a strangely accurate grasp of the situation in Kagutsuchi (Location). Tagereven comments on the fact that she is so well informed about the other characters actions within the story.
