Tibarn is the Hawk King from the Fire Emblem (Franchise) series. His domain is the region of Phoenicisin the Southwestern portion of Tellius. He holds a severe dislike of the Beorc (Concept), especially those in Begnion, due to the Serenes massacre of years past (where the Herons were slaughtered by Begnionagents). Through Ike (Character)'s actions over the course of the games, Tibarn eventually softens and joins forces with Ike.
TIbarn is predominantly seen with his two aides, Janaffand Ulki (Character), who serve as his eyes and ears respectively. Tibarn has an uneasy relationship with his raven counterpart, Naesala (Character).
