Tanktup is a large turtle with cold and numb feet due to the fact that he doesn't move a lot.

In Banjo-Kazooie (Game) in the middle of Bubblegloop Swamp (Location) Banjo (Character) and Kazooie (Character) meet a large brown turtle called Tanktup, who upon meeting complains about his cold numb feet. After Beak Busting a foot it wakes it up and he pull it inside his shell. After doing this to all four feet he thanks you and opens his mouth up and coughs up a Jiggy (Object) and allows you to enter his mouth, which is where you will find Tiptup (Character) and the Tiptup choir. There is also a pair of Wading Boots (Object) on top of his shell, which can be used to grab the Jinjo (Concept) behind him.
Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts.
Although he does not appear in Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts there is a wooden replica of Tanktup, the info board tells you that his current whereabouts are unknown.
