 Steven is one of the psychopath bosses in the original Dead Rising, and clearly one of the most memorable, being made infamous for his signature "THIS IS MY STOOOOOOORE!!!!!" and "CLEAN UP, REGISTER 6!!!!!!" lines. He runs around with a shopping cart rigged with blades during his fight with Frank.
