Lyla, known as Lailah in the English version of the game, is a supporting character in Tales of Zestiria. Lyla is powerful Seraphim and the one in charge of forming a contract with a human to create the Shepherd, since she can wield the Flames of Purification, which are the only means to defeat Hellions and get rid of malevolence. She forms a contract with Sorey upon first meeting him. Lyla is a fire Seraph. Lyla is also known as "The Lady of the Lake".
