Kenny Weathers is apart of the Weathers Family, who were trying to relocate in the Mojave Wasteland until Caesar's Legionambushed them and captured them into slavery. Kenny's father, Frank Weathers, abandoned the rest of the family when the ambush began. Now Kenny is a slave at Cottonwood Cove along with his mother and sister: Mrs. Weathers and Sammy Weathers. If The Courier is able to break them out, the family will retreat to Old Mormon Fort inFreeside.
