==Overview == Frank Weathers is a former farmer who currently resides in the Aerotech Office Park (Location). Frank is both a husband and father who moved his family to New Vegas after failing to become a decent farmer. After moving to New Vegas, Frank became very irritable and began to beat his family. Franks family ended up being captured by Caesar's Legion at which time Frank fled and left his family without trying to help. Frank now feels badly for leaving his family to be captured. The player can kill Frank and receive no negative karma.
