The HareBritnneys are a fish species that lived deep in the seas of earth. Occasionally swimming to shallow waters in search for food, they found themselves stuck in fisherman boots, and as time went on, they developed arms in order to help them get unstuck. As a result of this evolution, they started not only roaming shallower waters, but also working with tools in order to become a civilization.
