Deanna Troi is a half-betazed and half-human character in the Star Trek (Franchise) franchise, specifically Star Trek: The Next Generation, who was born on March 29th 2336. In 2350 she begins studying Psychology at the University of Betazed, and in 2359 graduates from Starfleet Academy. In 2364 she is assigned to the the USS Enterprise-D as a Counselor who is often used during missions for her ability to sense emotion.
She has two main relationships during the show, one with Worfand the other with William Riker, before getting married to William Riker in 2379 and transferring, along with Riker, to the USS Titan.
