In Bare Knuckle III, he is known as Break. In Streets of Rage 3, he is known (confusingly) as Axel. Extremely tough and possessing all of Axel's powered-up blitz attacks, as well as his team attacks, Break can prove an imposing opponent. His skin turns red as he takes damage.
