Weekend Gaming! 03.12.10

Once I got around to beating Darksiders, I moved onto Battlefield: Bad Company 2 and also beat the campaign from that as well. Feeling motivated, I tried out Medal of Honor Airborne, but unfortunately the game just doesn't hold up. The controls are poorly laid out and with the improvements in FPS's we've seen in the past few years, it really feels dated. So here's what I'll be playing instead:...

Once I got around to beating Darksiders, I moved onto Battlefield: Bad Company 2 and also beat the campaign from that as well.  Feeling motivated, I tried out Medal of Honor Airborne, but unfortunately the game just doesn't hold up.  The controls are poorly laid out and with the improvements in FPS's we've seen in the past few years, it really feels dated.  So here's what I'll be playing instead:
 

  • Mass Effect 2  (360):  Finally getting around to playing this, thanks to a friend who let me borrow it.  I'll put a few hours in this weekend, but I don't want to rush through it.
  • Battlefield: Bad Company 2  (360):  I hope to get a few rounds in this weekend and max out my Medic class.
  • Peggle Nights  (PC):  I downloaded this for free by signing up for the Popcap Newsletter shortly before my power went out a couple weeks ago, and I'll probably end up playing through the whole game this weekend.  Once you Popcap, you just can't stop?
 
My friend that I'll be playing the Borderlands SAoGK DLC with is in Sicily until March 20th, so I'll have to wait until later to play that.  Two weeks 'til PAX East!  Time to boot up ME2 ...
 
P.S. - I don't know what compelled me to do so, but I created the Crafting Mama game page.  I have no interest in this game, so if you're interested and know any info, help me fill it out.
