I have to admit, I don't have a single gripe with this game. I was initially turned off by the lukewarm critical response, but seeing it in Best Buy for $15, I had to finally give it a try. That price caveat may have to be taken into consideration, since I didn't pay full price. Gatling Gears is fun and addictive twin stick shooter that uses the top-down isometric view. I haven't had this much fun with a downloadable shooter since Super Stardust HD on PS3. Like many others, I bought into the hype about this game. When I heard about a game where you have an entire dictionary of objects at your fingertips to use at your whim, I was instantly intrigued.
