Star Wars: The Old Republic2011

4 out of 5 stars

Star Wars. It's a very polarizing topic. Some people can't get enough of those crazy lightsaber dudes and the Force. People like me, however, don't find anything about Star Wars even remotely interesting. So it may come as a shock to you that I've spent about 90 hours with a Star Wars game over the last 10 days. That's a lot of time to devote to something that you don't even really like. Good thing the Old Republic…

Resistance: Fall of Man2006

4 out of 5 stars

I picked this game up thinking nothing extraordinary would come out of it. I was in the mood for some alien killing so I turned it on. Pretty decent graphics for a launch title. I powered my way through the campaign with no real resistance (no pun intended) and found myself with a credits screen. I wasn't really sure about how I felt about the game so I played through again. Assassin's Creed2007

3 out of 5 stars

Really simple and easy game that could of been a lot more. The main story involves you killing people in the exact same fashion. Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures2008

2 out of 5 stars

I first heard about Age of Conan from one of the blog sites I visit. I was interested by the combat system and the idea of having DX10 graphics in an MMO. Already looking for a WoW killer, I was hooked. I told all my friends about it and begged them to unlatch themselves from Blizzard's comforting nipple and come over to Conan with me. None came because of the ridiculous system requirements. My computer was already…

World of Warcraft2004

3 out of 5 stars

This game had the potential of being a real winner. I was there from the beginning slaying the likes of Ragnaros and Onyxia with my friends and guildmates, working together as a team to accomplish a common goal. Sure that kind of camaraderie still exists in the game today but why should it? Anyone can go farm BGs for a week and get really good gear that would take someone pre-BC months to get if they raided…
