Mario Kart 641996

3 out of 5 stars

My apologise as I can tell this review may probably piss people off. It's not that I am not a Mario Kart fan, in fact I am a huge one, but Mario Kart 64 just doesn't deliver what it should. I absolutely loved the original for the SNES but my love for this classic Nintendo spinoff series doesn't stop there. The gameboy, gamecube, DS, and Wii versions of Mariokart were all great and adictively fun to play. In Mario…

Wave Race 641996

5 out of 5 stars

My general feeling while playing this game many years ago was mainly positive. The game had an addictive single player mode filled with some impressive visuals, music, and course layouts. The single player aspect of the game is also filled with different challenge modes such stunt, practice, time trials, and of course vs...which is of course more of the multiplayer aspect of the game. Each mode is quite impressive…

Tomb Raider1996

5 out of 5 stars

When most people think of Tomb Raider they think of the incredibly busty babe in short shorts from England that duels two hand guns and a back pack the size of a small purse. Depsite Core Design's successful attempt at creating a video game sex symbol, the actual Tomb Raider game itself is quite a classic. The game is an action adventure taking much of its inspiration and ques from the famed Indiana Jones series.…

Resident Evil1996

5 out of 5 stars

Capcom's Resident Evil Franchise is by now a house hold name. The hit franchise is one experience many gammers have had. Ever since I played through the original version on the Playstation, I've been in love with the series ever since. The graphics for their time were amazing and the control was awesome. Not too mention the atmosphere and the suspence of not knowing what might be around the corner always had me…

Pilotwings 641996

3 out of 5 stars

Nintendo's flight simulator, pilotwings first started its life as a launch title for the SNES. Just like its predecessor PilotWings 64 started out as a launch title for the N64. Yes when the N64 was first released you had the mega hit classic Super Mario 64 or PilotWings 64 to choose from. Now before I dive into this review the game is not bad at all it is actually quite good for what it offers. The game like I said…

Super Mario 641996

5 out of 5 stars

Whenever I dust off my old n64 and glance at the classic collection of games that I have accumulated, Super Mario 64 is one of the few that stands out amongst the rest. The n64 was the first console that I ever played on and it probably is my personal favorite as almost any game I put in has a very strong feeling of nostalgia attached to it. This feeling is even there for the games that sucked! Awe sooo many…

The Conduit2009

4 out of 5 stars

The Conduit is a good step in the right direction for the Nintendo Wii mainly for it's technical achievement and robust multiplayer modes. It definately cannot compete with the famed fps games on the other consoles but the Conduit is something special in itself. Besides it being the only competitive fps for the Wii The Conduit has quite an advanced graphics engine built from the ground up that utilizes the Wii's…
