An alliance of nations who opposed the Axis powers in World War II. They included the USA, the United Kingdom, the USSR, France, and many others.


In World War II (Concept), the Allies were a group of nations who were against the Axis powers of Germany (Location), Japan (Location), and Italy (Location). The most prominent members included the USA, the United Kingdom, the USSR, France (Location), and Canada (Location), but many others were involved in a smaller capacity. The Allied nations went on to form the United Nations at the end of the war.
