I'm really excited about what they said in the Steamworks Developer video though, that they're aiming to get the third-party anti cheat solutions working under Proton by the end of the year. That'll mean that most if not all software will just work out of the box via Steam Play.

With that Android convergence they seem to be eager to kill Win32 apps on Windows even faster.
It'll be interesting to see their store changes implemented, it's been speculated that this will allow Game Pass integrate with Steam since the sandbox will be gone or whatever.

I'm fine running OpenSUSE and let Steam take care of Windows game compatibility, I play most of the heavy duty stuff on Xbox anyway. If you care about your data and privacy of data... take it into your own hands, you've got options. You can't reason with corporations like that, too much money is in the space of big data.

Also, something I've noticed something that needs to be updated on the Giant Bomb page, is that the soundtrack got proper titles last year with the vinyl release of the soundtrack.

Earlier today, YouTuber decino was hosting this madness, over 140+ players spawning and immediately getting telefragged.

But the real anniversary of the full-version isn't until next month. So who knows what people will be up to til then!

I have a few 3DS games, like New Super Mario Bros. 2 and Super Mario Maker that come in yellow cases as opposed to the white ones.

Does anyone know what significance that change has? Super Mario 3D Land comes in white, so it's not used for Mario games exclusively it seems.
I couldn't find anything on search engines but replacement cases for individual cartridges.

Maybe some of you know or have an idea?
