I thoroughly enjoyed Rebel Galaxy, and have had an itch to head back to space.... I was considering Elite (the commodore original of which I have MANY hours into), but something with a bit more structure sounds good. Starpoint Gemini is a series I have no familiarity with, but is 50% of with Gold this month on Xbox...

What do you think, if I loved Rebel Galaxy, but am not willing to commit to Elite, is Starpoint a happy medium? Is it worth 17 bucks?

I must have at least 5-600 C64 and Amiga games alone... I'm guessing I have in the neighborhood of 1500 games all said.

Alright, finished all three Transylvania games, and the series overview page. That was a lot of fun playing through. The Amiga versions in particular. Updated with some info regarding the Comprehend parsing engine, Polarware's answer to Infocom's more advanced parser.

@slag Yah duder! I'll be doing the final game when I get through it. Very different than the first two.

@fisk0 Cybernoid is a great idea; very familiar with the Amiga version. That will be next. Never played Border Zone, which is odd, because I have a lot of hours into Infocom games. I may put that one on the burner depending on what else is requested, seeing as though I just did 3 text adventures.

And then (never explained) you click a thumbstick to turn it into a mouse, and drag windows around (ugh......) so that they aren't blocking the subject of the tutorial (which they always do by default!?!)... then the next page of the tutorial REVERTS BACK TO BLOCKING EVERYTHING.

There is NO WAY this was tested... like at all.
