Games I Own (Xbox 360)

List items

  • A great psychological thriller in the vein of Stephen King. Well worth the wait from Remedy.

  • Standard Obsidian RPG in which the mechanics are great but the gameplay is plagued by some jank and bugs. Recommended for fans of Mass Effect.

  • Great Battlefield experience on consoles with a fun multiplayer component.

  • Best Guilty Gear fighter since...well, Guilty Gear.

  • Great multiplayer FPS RPG. Lots of good DLC is available.

  • Easily the most realistic World War II shooter on the market.

  • Newest iteration of Burnout with a big city, great soundtrack and great multiplayer.

  • Still my favorite Call of Duty game. First game I ever played on 360 (it was at a kiosk in GameStop.)

  • Really scary first-person survival horror with a Silence of the Lambs vibe. Followed up by a not-so-stellar sequel.

  • The not-so-stellar sequel to Condemned: Criminal Origins. I still enjoyed it.

  • Still the best zombie game I've played (until Dead Rising 2 comes out.)

  • Surprisingly great action/horror game set in space. Lots of eerie moments and great graphics.

  • Do you like Twin Peaks? Do you like David Lynch? Do you like pop culture references? Then you'll love the most underrated game of this generation. The gameplay may seem decidedly old-school, but everything about this game is great.

  • Another great title from BioWare. Unfortunately, it was much better on PC than 360. Regardless, I still enjoyed it.

  • While it might not bear any resemblance to the original games, this is still a great Bethesda RPG. Essentially Oblivion with guns.

  • Decent sequel to Far Cry. Some jank and kind of dull, but entertaining.

  • One of the titles that got me to buy a 360. Defines cover-based third-person shooters.

  • A sequel that's better than the original in terms of single player, graphics, gameplay, and everything except multiplayer. I just never enjoyed it as much as the first.

  • The best guitar rhythm game out there.

  • Decent sequel to Guitar Hero II. More songs, but ever since Neversoft took over the note charts have been kind of wonky. Also, character and UI design took a big nosedive.

  • Some improvements to Guitar Hero III, but the notecharts are worse than ever. Tried to emulate Rock Band's full band formula, but the singing and drumming isn't as good.

  • THE definitive open-world title on current-gen systems.

  • All the DLC for Grand Theft Auto IV on one disc, with an extra radio station of 'Vice City' era classics.

  • It's Halo...to the third power. Great single player, great multiplayer, and an all-around great game.

  • A full-priced expansion pack to Halo 3. I enjoyed the Firefight modes and the fact that all the Halo 3 multiplayer DLC was included on-disc. It felt a lot different and had great voice acting.

  • When you break into a target's pool party dressed as a clown and assassinate him with a poisoned doughnut, you know you're playing a great game.

  • Better on the PC, but still great co-op zombie fun.

  • Left 4 Dead with southern accents, Uncle Phil, and melee weapons. Still better on PC, still great co-op zombie fun.

  • The best new IP I've played. First-person freerunning game. Can't wait for a sequel. Get on it, DICE!

  • BioWare RPG. Two parts third-person shooter, one part RPG, all parts awesome.

  • Came with my 360. Still the best Need for Speed this generation.

  • Really disappointing launch title. Still enjoyed it.

  • Great co-op action game. Definitely follows in Resident Evil 4's footsteps, though that's not a bad thing at all. One of my favorite games this gen - it's absolutely gorgeous.

  • Best rhythm/party game available. Hundreds of tracks on the store and solid gameplay.

  • As a huge Silent Hill fan, I was really anticipating this one. Though a lot of fans didn't like it, Yamaoka's soundtrack and an interesting story make this a solid entry in the series.

  • Sam Fisher gone rogue. Classic Splinter Cell in high definition with a solid multiplayer component.

  • Easily the best value in gaming. While all of the games are better on PC, the 360 version features HDR on all of the Half-Life games instead of just Episode 1 and 2. Team Fortress 2 is included, but due to memory restrictions hasn't seen any of the 10 updates released on PC for free.

  • Like the first Tomb Raider, but newer. Not a bad action/adventure game.
